Sleep has always been a problem for me for well over last 30+ yrs. I have had used OTC supplements, RX pills, even. As I had gotten older into my mid 40s it increased to where I would be awake 3 or 4 hours in bed before getting to sleep then either sleeping half the morning or getting up and working on only a few hours of that sleep. I had insomnia at one point and was unable to sleep at all for roughly 3 days straight. That's when things seemed to gone downhill for remainder of my life. Now I use Marijuana as a sleep aid and I'm usually a sleep within 30 to 60 minutes. Now I get at least 6 hours a night. Life doesn't afford me much more than that so for me that a plus to get that 6 hours.
