I use the seasoning SPIKE, has 160 mg of sodium per fourth teaspoon, just need very small amount. I order it from Amazon.

Stop cooking with salt and use other herbs and spices. I probably smell like a walking clove of garlic. Seriously, you will get to the point where normally salted food will be too salty for you. Your taste buds will adjust. Give it a few weeks (and cheat occasionally so you don’t feel deprived.)

I agree with you Fredrick,
To help those that buy their vegetables like corn, green beans etc. in cans. After opening the can pour your vegetables with the juices into a strainer, then run cold water to rinse off all the salt, juices from your vegetables.
Pour vegetables into your cooking pot along with fresh cold water and add your seasonings.
I do like the taste of salt, I will use Original No Salt (sodium -free Salt alternative.)
