Hi, are you talk about a bundle branch block? I have a left bundle branch block. My cardiologist keeps an eye on it. Yes my is caused from hypertension. I eat a low sodium diet, do away with salt. I use Mrs Dash, and I eat a lot of chicken, turkey, and fish. Very little beef maybe twice a week. Hope this is helpful to you. Hugs
