Ginger Beer, is good, for nausea. And since it’s alcohol free, I would watch out for the sugar content. Enjoy 😊

I love Ginger beer. Ginger has a lot of benefits. Years ago I broke my foot and I had to go to rehab after the cast was taken off my leg. The one thing that I was surprised at was how many health reasons why I should use ginger in my rehab. I found out that you could get a piece of ginger at the store and the instructor told me to take it home and cut it up and boil it like you are making tea. I did and I cannot tell you just how surprised that I was after drinking it everyday. It is high in antioxidants, It curbs motion sickness, Curbs morning sickness, It reduces muscle pain. Reduces mensutral pains. Lowers blood pressure. It improves brain function. Lowers Cholesterol. Promotes gut health and it helps the common cold. Relieves stress. Anti aging. I use to drink ginger tea when I broke my foot and it helped me to regain my strength at that time. But now I cannot drink the ginger tea because it lowers blood pressure and my is low to begin with and that is why if it is ginger beer I have to be careful.
