When I googled this it says "In people using the drug daily, studies found Brilinta stayed in their system for about 5 days after their last dose." That sounds right since they usually ask people to stop the drug 5 days before a surgical procedure. Hope this helps! Sleeping at night is a problem many of us face. I listen to Indina flute music, meditate and if all else fails listen to a sleep hypnosis. I will see what advice I can find on Youtube and post something next Monday. Hugs🤗

I second Caryn’s suggestion. Many good sleep and meditation options on YouTube. We made copies of favorites to flash drive and play all night at low volume on sound system.

My wife has serious back issues that caused us to get separate memory foam beds but she rotated between this, a recliner and used over 20 different pillows. We got an adjustable base with lumbar support and massage for the mattress that made a major improvement. She now rarely uses the recliner, only 4 pillows and spends about 2 to 3 less hour’s pursuing a good nights sleep.

I have a routine which helps a lot- the usual, to keep the room cool and quiet- but I found watching a short old comedy show helps puts me in a good mood to sleep no matter what and I use heating pads, compresses, braces, TENS units, etc. and I found pillows to try depending on the pain and location. There are water pillows, cool gel, those that help keep your hips aligned, all kinds of fillings, etc. I also have a hotel type mattress with some toppers. As you can tell I have much difficulty sleeping at times but try not to use the recliner too often as it is not good for my back. White noise is supposed to help. Do you have sleep apnea? Not sleeping is awful and I wish you much luck.
