I think most of us have problems with sleep. Either we can't get to sleep or we can't stay asleep. It is hard to fall asleep with the equipment some of us need like cpaps, or bedside monitors, or with your heart pounding in your chest. Once I get to sleep, I usually can sleep through the night. like Subrina, I have to wear myself out so I can sleep. I listen to a hypnosis MP3 on really bad nights and I take magnesium before bed to help me realx. Hugs🤗

I sleep fine other than waking up to go to the bathroom… if I didn’t have to go, I would sleep all night

It takes me sometime to fall asleep but sleep maybe 4 hours then a waken to go to bathroom then back to sleep for several more hours. Sleep when I can.

I pretty much sleep in two hour increments, then I wake up and go back to sleep.
