I totally agree with Susan, at first it was hard then I learned to break things down into small tasks so I could at least accomplish something. As time went on and I exercised more, it got better. I still have to stop sometimes but I can at least finish what I start now. I hope you find it gets better for you too. Hugs🤗
I had troubles when I was first very sick with my congestive heart failure. I just did a little at time. Then I would had to leave someone else take over. Today I can do it but I still get out of breath. Nothing like it was at first. I can do things and finish them to the end. Hugs.
Sorry about that but I was saying I swim and the water pressure around my chest area makes it very hard to breath.
