I had Cholesterol, Hypertension, AFib, and Diabetes caused by a water retention tablet the doctor gave to me. My tablets were becoming more and more expensive, and I was feeling worse all the time, statins are the biggest cause of this.
Anyway, I had aching joints all the time every 4 hours I would sweat badly, I would feel lightheaded, if I stood up to fast I'd lose my balance be dizzy for 20 seconds. always feeling tired with no energy.
I asked my cardiologist what would happen to me if I were to take Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Honey, he did not answer me, thus proving that all these ingredients will work for my condition, in February of 2022 I stopped all my meds and never looked back.
On the 7th February 2023 my appointment with my cardiologist went very well saying my heart was in very good shape according to the sonar everything was working well, the ECG excellent no problem.
Today feeling excellent and getting stronger every day just want to say to people whenever you go to a doctor, they always ask what's wrong you, they had studied for 4-7 years for this, and they ask what they can do for you instead of doing their job what they had trained for by checking all your vital signs maybe doing blood tests.
Anyway, Garlic is still the best healing vegetable in the world use it.
Ginger, Garlic and Turmeric and Cinnamon used every day you will see a difference in your health.
Cut pieces and swallow them as you would do your tablets, good luck and God bless.

Darlene, I deal with it. I have CHF and shortness of breath is a symptom. I deal with it by exercising as much as I can. Believe it or not, it really helps me. I go slow, don't do too much, and do it regularly. I can't do hills and I live in a hilly area so I try and find a level place to walk. I also watch my salt intake and the air quality. On bad air days, I stay in and exercise on my stationary bike. Humidity heat and cold also make it worse. I also do yoga breathing or belly breathing and that has also really helped. I do it as part of my daily relaxation practice (meditation). There are lots of ways to breathe and deep breathing helps with shortness of breath. On really bad days, I relax and rest.

Walking helps but at pace that you can handle and knowing g how to control your breathing as you walk & making sure you don't have extra fluid build up in your system .just know your limits and definitely listen to your body .

I am in AFib all the time----I understand that "shortness of breath" goes along with that. I am glad to still be here---and can't do anything about the shortness of breath. I stop and sometimes sit down when it hits me.
