I was told that I would be tired a lot. But some days it is crazy how tired I am. People don’t understand that one day I am so tired, next day I feel good. I think some of our meds are doing that to us. However I have learned that when I am tired I just relax for a while. Sometimes it’s all day, sometimes I take a nap. If no one likes it, too bad. I have also learned to move at my pace, not try to keep up with others. Feel good today. One day at a time.

Honestly now thinking about it after my heart attack I really felt great it was not difficult I guess for so long I wasn't breathing right and I was missed diagnosed with asthma when it was really cardiac asthma, so I felt good. What did me in was the ENVR the AAA repair that I had in May this year that surprisingly just did me in and after that my high blood pressure on blood pressure medicines which make you tired and lupus makes you tired and heart disease makes you tired so it just helps to read other peoples stories to know that you're not fighting this alone 😊
