You know I did not know anything about a mechanical heart until I started to read the material and to think that they have to cut your stomach to place the mechanical heart over the heart and it is all ran on batteries. Thankfully for me my cardiologist ruled that out because the mechanical heart would not be a good fit for me.

I think on average I read 20+and or a lifetime. I would definitely as my doctor this question.
