I will be more careful now to take my aspirin every day. I haven't been so good at taking one 😪daily.

Great video's. Might be why I haven't had serious advances in my CAD. Diet and exercise, now just need to get back on Repatha as my body does make too much. Thanks for what you do CarynWebb

This is another good discussion on CAD, risk factors, and reversing CAD through diet, exercise, and medications. I didn't know that 81 mg of aspirin not only reduces risk of blood clots in the arteries, but it stops inflammation in the arteries. I have been taking aspirin 81 mg since March 2, 2022, when I had my heart valve replaced.
