Some beta blockers makes it difficult. Use a nutritionist and lots protein no breads sweets or pasta. Or just one once a week
What's worked for me is no sodas, well, no caffeine and no eating after 3-4pm. I've lost 60lbs in a year without trying other than those small changes.
