Yes, I take Entresto 24mg. I didn't any difference for a month but kept taking it along with Jardience. This week I think it finally kicked in!! I feel stronger, can do a little more and feel lighter in my steps!! Yahoo!! It's all finally kicking in!!! I'm so happy. Went to visit my grandkids yesterday (8 months, 6 & 7) and we all had so much fun! My grandkids know that grandma can't do what she could when they were younger and they're ok with it. We find ways to play without running around but we still have lots of fun! I know I read the "warnings" and was a little worried but I knew my cardiologist said the meds would help me feel better. He was right! I feel better now. Just remember, you must drink a lot of fluids to help the meds go through system. It's important! Preferably, water. Wishing You Happy Days!! 😄

The heart failure doctor just started me on it at 24 mg

It hasn’t had that effect on me…I take 24 mg twice a day! Maybe at higher dose?
