Why do I feel like I am going to pass out in the morning. I take blood pressure and heart meds

The metoprolol makes me feel like that to the extreme at times.

Go over your meds with your doctor and let him know what you're experiencing. When I started my heart failure meds, I had to discontinue my HBP meds. Staying on both would make my blood pressure drop too low. Good luck.
