I had a Watchman Procedure on Monday and came home Tuesday Afternoon. I began having severe fluctuations in my blood pressure on Friday and continued today (Sat). I had one reading of 90/48. My pulse remained at 60(I have a 3 wire defibrillator). I stop BP Medicines this morning. readings were normal/low today but seem to be going lower now 7pm. Maybe not Watchman but curious happening soon after procedure. Thanks for reading
