Hi Iveyrose,
I have ischemic cardiomyopathy along with a number of other heart problems. I can't help you or anyone regarding symptoms as I'm asymptomatic. I suffered an AMI (Acute myocardial infarction)/STEMI widowmaker with irreversible progressive damage without angina pectoris. Angina pectoris which means chest pains. I have bronchial asthma as I was born with it and have had breathing problems all my life. I showed up in the ER for what I thought was an uncontrolled asthma attack. I now have begun to feel chest pains but not to the point I feel it necessary to go to the ER. I have rescue meds and I take those and keep going.
I also have Chronic systolic congestive heart failure HCC, essential hypertension, idiopathic hypotension, syncope, and Chronic fatigue although I'm never tired. There is nothing about my conditions that follow a normal track of care.
Take care,
Robin
