Yes, this is normal remember your heart has been through a lot. It will take time to heal. Rehab will help when you can start that. Make sure to ask your doctor about it. Hugs 🤗

Took me just over 1 year to stop using the pillow for pain. The worst of the pain I would say was 1 year. Good luck, it gets better.

I had some soreness in month 3 but not much. I am four months post surgery and have little to no soreness now.

Sure hope that is normal, I'm middle of my third month triple bypass still very sore been going to Hearttrack rehab helps alot.

I'm also 3 months Still very sore in my chest and my leg they took the vein out of. Started Heart rehab its really helping me build my strength back.
