I am new here and have and have enjoyed your messages. I have heart failure with a low ejection fraction. I have started taking supplements and Entresto. I'm hoping to lose weight and get healthy this year. I would like to fly to Maryland to see friends.

looking forward to extending my garden this Spring, challenging myself to learn new things/classes on the internet. Keeping my brain active. Socialize w/more people on here... Maybe, make some new friends. 😀

I’ve decided to take a supplement that regenerates the cells in your body. Of course for me with congestive heart failure I’m looking for it to work there. So far just taking it for a couple of weeks I feel great. I have tests at the hospital next month so I’ll see how well these supplements work. I took something similar back in 2018 and my cardiologist said my heart was beating stronger. But I couldn’t afford to keep buying it. But let’s see what happens this time. Wish me luck.🙂

Going on a cruise with my wife in September celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. Going on a 4 day backpacking trip with my son in June out in Colorado on the Lost Wilderness Trail. Going to Orange Beach in October with our daughter and family on Fall Break. Welcoming our 7th grandchild to the family in August. Spending a week in Gatlinburg with our son and his family on Spring Break. Whew! Still working, too. Life is full. God is good.
