OMG.. i canβt believe that a cardiologist has never heard of Barostim! They must not be up on the latest improvements or devices out there..
kind of scary!
I had one implanted in August, no changes yet unfortunately, I go once a month to the device clinic to have the power setting incrementally increased, couple more months to go
I asked my Cardiologist about it and he said I didnβt need it yet but then he put in biventricular defibrillator and pacemaker! He said that would do the trick for now and it has!
Are you drinking enough water....water should be first thing you drink...if I don't drink enough water I don't feel well
I read up on the barostim i saw it advertised on facebook. i looked it up and thought it would be perfect for me, however when i asked both my cardioligist and kidney doctor neither had heard of it, and didnt know if it was going to help me, my cardio doctor told me i would have to find a doctor to do it and he wasnt one of them, i also
have a better efraction rate than 34% since November its gone to 55% which is really good however i still feel sic everyday and no one knows why.
