Cookies & Sweets have a great deal of sugar & many times fat in it as well. Cookies & Sweets will deffidently pack the pounds on you. Are they worth it????

Yup- most cookies and sweets are pretty high in sodium; which caused water retention. Also - all processed sugars wreak havoc on our good gut bacteria - ruins our biome.

SamSATX It really is amazing. I find it amazing there isnt much in the grocery store that is low sodium. Almost forced to cook everything from scratch. You would think with the prevalence of heart disease the would be a huge market for reduced sodium
