Yep. Pacemaker ,replaced aortic root and mechanical valve since may 2021. Still getting used to all the changes, Definitely feels different. Feel every single heart beat. I can check my pulse just by watching a clock and listening, don't even need to try to palpate my wrist. Very sensitive to a lot of things now. Had some settings on my pacemaker adjusted that helped with things a little. Still occasionally feel like my beats, palpitate and pause at times. I'm told that it is picking up an extra beat. My biggest concern that I am still looking for answers to is every once and a while i will feel like something switches and my heartrate goes real fast for a couple of seconds. Up to 170. I'm told it never really goes out of rhythm and they don't seem to concerned about it at the moment. Sure doesn't feel great or normal to me when it happens though!
