Rate is between 40 to 60. Shouldn't it be at least 70

Went to the hospital and the rate was actually in the 30's. They had a tech from Medtronic come in and "reset" the rate to 50bpm. Possible rate change due to cell phone use on that side, plus I fell asleep on my tablet, so might have had radiofrequency interference. No more taking either to bed with me!
