I’ve never heard of that but perhaps in some people it is possible. I know to stand still and get my bearings before stepping out due to lightheadedness on occasion. Heart rate might go up just from changing positions. (Yesterday mine went from my usual 50-53 range to suddenly 100 for no reason I know of!).
