Put your legs up on wall ....for 40 minutes it will help circulation

For your leg cramps. (check with your pharmacist 1st! if ok to take) magnesium supplements to relax the muscles .( I have found magnesium to help remove the cramps in my legs... I have made it almost a ritual to take magnesium nightly ( just not magnesium citrate, or your leg pain will play 2nd fiddle to your visiting the bathroom throughout the night lol)

When I was having issues with my legs, my cardiologist gave me a test , thru blood work, to find out if Crestor was to blame, it wasn't. If you are on a statin, ask for the test, they will know what test it is. At least stations can be ruled out or not. Poor circulation in legs can cause pain , osteoarthritis.
