Has this happened to anyone else? I have horrible insomnia and usually only sleep 3 to 4 hours a night. If that. Also my cardiologist told me it was good for me to fast too.

I was 2 points Systolic and 2 points Diastolic above being in a coma that was impossible to return from, and then They Opened my chest and tied the heart lung Machine into my circulatory system and flipped the off switch to stop my heart from Jumping about ,so they could fix the Aorta which is the biggest Artery in a human ( or any animal with a heart ) I dont consider my issue insomnia because I also spend hours sleeping when everyone else is out making noise and being stupid..lol I would seriously consider talking to my PCP and "look at things your dealing with is it noisy location, to partners who are rude, or family issues, JOB issues, maybe medication vs. 9 gallons of cafe latte interacting with each other,.. sometime we need to Just change the situation we are in....is your bed comfortable? are you sleeping in a VW Beetle? homeless shelter there are millions of thing we cant know... and there are physicians who help with folks who have sleeping disorders or just little issues from time to time..
