Sometimes it can be an intense pressure in your chest and hard to breathe in. I've had that, pain in my back and aching down both arms ended up in the hospital my heart was having trouble because I was dehydrated and low on magnesium and potassium. I hope this helps ❤️

Yes, I live with angina pain daily. Sometimes it'll even wake me up at night. When it's usually in my chest but when really bad it's in my jaw and down my arm. I try not to let it get that bad. I use the nitro spray, it works well and very quick, sometimes I'll have to use it 2-3 times for pain to stop. I always check my blood pressure before I take it and shortly afterwards, so I don't bottom out my pressure. My doctor has also given me medication to take so I can relax if the attack is really bad. Many things can set it off, being sick, overly tired, raking the yard, perfume, soaps, extreme cold or heat. It's something I've been dealing with for 27 years, so I'm used to it now, in the beginning it really scared me. I hope if this is what you're dealing with your doctor will be able to explain to you how to use the nitro and when to go to the ER. If I can answer any other questions for you, please let me know. Hugs, Janis
