My understanding is the lethicin escorts the cholesterol your body doesn't need out of your body. I've lost 73# by eating eggs almost every day. My cholesterol has also gone down. Egg have received a really bad wrap all these years, but they are the perfect protein.

I eat more eggs. I'm on an anti-inflammatory diet. I don't eat foods with a high glycemic index like bread, pasta, rice, or sugar, and I intermittent fast. I only eat between 12 pm and 8 pm and I fast the rest of the time. My diet is very similar to a keto diet. I've lost 70 pounds in 18 months, my cholesterol levels are great, and I had to stop or lower all my blood pressure medicine because my numbers were too low. If you eat like this and stretch and walk a little each day, I think your health will greatly improve. P.S. once in a while a doughnut finds its way on my plate but that doesn't happen more than a couple of times a month. Good luck.

We have chickens and an abundance of fresh eggs, so yes, it is a good source of protein and other nutrients. We aren't convinced that certain foods cause these heart and artery issues. Something else is causing the blockages, and that is whatever is causing the inflammation in them. I'd say something unnatural that is being put in our bodies, or that we are exposed to.

In all my doctoring, I don't remember anything about not eating eggs. Over the years in trying to eat healthy, I remember hearing about fake eggs---but never tried. I don't eat a lot of eggs-- but some, mainly because they are so high in protein. I believe it is 9 protein (should have looked that up before I put out there--oh, well). I have a lot of material about how to eat with heart conditions---perhaps it is time to get that info out and review!!!

Hope you all are having a good day!!! I have done a few "mini" jobs. Now time to do some reading!!
