Anyone With HOCM Need Surgery Twice?

I have hypertrophic Cardiomyapathy (obstructive) and had open heart surgery 10 years ago. I am now having the same symptoms. I had an echo but not everything was visualized so i go for a cardiac mri. My question is can you require the same surgery twice? Thanks in advance.
