How Do I Lose Weight When I Can Hardly Walk ?

I am on the Mediterranean diet and I need to lose weight. I take insulin and have severe arthritis in my right knee and lower back. I also have a pinched nerve in my lower back. I really need to lose weight soon. If I change my diet any more I might as well not eat. I have an enlarged heart and CHF. So, what is the answer? I don't know for sure....help>

What about exercising while sitting on a chair? There are some exercises on the internet. I don't know where, but if I run into again I'll post it here. Hope you'll be feeling better soon. Stay safe and be well. 🌹🌹🌹
