I never had that I know when I ate and went to bed I would get chest pains but found out it was my stomach not my heart kinda like a gas bubble

This just started happening about three or four months ago. My cardio problems started 20 years ago. It does it almost every time I eat. I don't think one piece of toast would cause digestive problems.. Thank you for your input. I will have to ask my Dr, he already thinks I'm a nut. 😀😀
