I am on Carvedilol and diuretics also two different diuretics and yes I have dizzy spells a lot. Some times to the point that I can't trust myself to be alone.

Oh yes almost daily anymore I get them when I bend over and stand up, when I am walking like today in the doctor's office. When I lay down to go to bed as soon as my head hits the pillow.

Me too since my Carvedilol was doubled. Nothing like feeling your head swimming when trying to walk a straight line with an energetic Chihuahua! Honest I am not drunk lol! πŸŽ„πŸ˜πŸŽ„

Yes. Especially since my Entresto dose was doubled. Low BP and dehydration are suspected, so I'm on the look out for both. I walk carrying a 4 iron, that I can use like a cane if I'm too swimmy, without looking like an elderly gent on first glance.
