My fatigue is accompanied with back pain. It usually hits me in the afternoon, whether I've been active not during the day. I always need at least an hour of sleep, but have had needed two to three hours of sleep before. During my heart attack, I was defibrillated ten times to revive me. I suspect that all that electricity is causing the pain when I'm tired. It has damaged a muscle just under the shoulder blade, but I have no pain from that. Not so much, tired, as sleepy. The meds "put a brake" on us. I catnap several times a day, but am accustomed to that need. It does not help to fight the urge to sleep or rest, but sure can help.

Yes I think tired is a new adjustment to live with. Although excercise (walking) improves my attitude

Hi Claudette, I had my heart attack in 2008, and a bypass in 2013, I get a bit tired, not too bad, but since 2008, when this gets bad and if I see my doctor about it, they always send me to hospital for tests on my heart, up to now (last time was Saturday 14th September) the tests have come back OK.
I hope that you get this resolved and feel better soon

I have found a product that has worked for me on the fatigue. This company also has a pain cream that many of the people I have talked with swear by. If you would like to know more just reply. This product has also lowered my blood pressure and my cholesterol. I hope one day to get off all my pills. Anyhow would be happy to share this information with you...
