Do you have problems with weight gain?
Since I've been on it, I have gained about 20 pounds. Part of it I'm sure is actual weight from not exercising and not eating right.- too many calories in, and too few cal. going out. Water weight. I'm on lasix 20 mg once a day, bit find it hard to know when I can take it because I drive bus for 9.5 hrs a day. Don't know if I'll be able to have potty break when the urge hits, so don't take it as often as supposed to.
Any thoughts
I meant also to put a haha with the last post.
Of course, it can't be the meds.
I had the same problem you have now . Solution . ......if you have the will ? ........i lost 40 pounds in 4 weeks . How ? Buy Premium soda crackers . Unsalted . And everytime . You are hungry . Eat these crackers until feeling full . Eat salads . ( tuna fish salad ) no food . Only soda crackers . For 4 weeks . Eat fruits . Fruit and veggie juices with multivitamin podwer . Do not eat bread , rice , pastas ......no food . For 1 month . Good luck
My dose doesn't make me go that much. After I first take it, it works in about 60 min, then another 60 minutes, then it really tapers off.
