Do you have problems with weight gain?
Since I've been on it, I have gained about 20 pounds. Part of it I'm sure is actual weight from not exercising and not eating right.- too many calories in, and too few cal. going out. Water weight. I'm on lasix 20 mg once a day, bit find it hard to know when I can take it because I drive bus for 9.5 hrs a day. I had the same problem you have now . Solution . ......if you have the will ? ........i lost 40 pounds in 4 weeks . How ? Buy Premium soda crackers . Unsalted . And everytime . You are hungry . Eat these crackers until feeling full . Eat salads . ( tuna fish salad ) no food . Only soda crackers . For 4 weeks . Eat fruits . Fruit and veggie juices with multivitamin podwer . Do not eat bread , rice , pastas ......no food . For 1 month . Good luck
I have to take lasix and potassium together. Yeah it sux. I go every 60 min to 90 mins 24/7... before I take lasix. Then its twice as often. I have kidney issues too. But if we dont... we would be alot worse off.
I am on metoprolol, as I said, and the only time I've gained weight is when I overeat and have unhealthy foods.
That said, I am on low carb and have lost a lot of weight. It's when I over eat and stuff my face with carbs that I gain.
Is anyone else cutting their carbs to lose weight or maintain?
