No statins or blood pressure medicine? Have your numbers gone up or down.

No hepatitis C. I eat extremely healthy and use to be extremely active but I have slowed down alot in the last year or so. My PC said it could be hereditary. I was adopted and found my birth mom in 2003. My bio cousins said heart disease was a major factor on my bio moms side. I have no idea on my bio fathers side as I don't know who he is. I guess being diagnosed with this all within 2 years time has shocked me. My cardiologist said I have had the artery build up for quite sometime before my diagnosis. I was one that hardly ever saw a doctor my entire life up until 3 years ago. I use take natural vitamins and ect.
