Not intending to cause worry, but I used to get this regular, then I had my heart attack was put on warfarin and aspirin, unknown to me I had a stomach ulcer which burst through either aspirin or warfarin . See your dr for advice. I now cannot take aspirin so I have clopidogrel for life. Sorry about this but better be safe .

Yes, take meds with food and lots of water from a water bottle, pills go down easier.

I dont get that problem i take losec mumps 20mg gastro restro-resistant tablets omeprazole i have taken them since my heart attack never had a problem see your doctor hope this helps you a big hug

I have to take acid reflux meds twice a day. It gets so severe without and it's Scary since hearing that feelong heart burn could be an attack
