Debra if you google the BHF, they say taking correct meds and perhaps a lifestyle change, after 1 year the chance decreases of a second heart attack. After saying this it's down to the individual and their body.

Depends on what caused the heart attack. Your diet and exercise. But last stats i saw was 38% on average

I have had 2 so far one in 2010 and then a another one in 2017.

No one can answer that , you cannot see into the future ,sports men& women who live healthy lifestyles have heart attacks. If you have had one all you can do is change your lifestyle, take your meds, and hope. I now have heart failure so I may be at high risk, who knows.
