Jean I just found this juice that is amazing for inflammation its one green or red apple with skin on five carrots washed not peeled and 1and 1/2 cup parsley its great and its good fo rcontroling inflammation and tastes great try it!! its full of good stuff!!

Arent dairy products unhealthy? Depends on fat content i guess. I prefer swiss cheeze with provolone cheeze second.

Goat milk products are extremely healthy. Just think about the difference in the size of a cow, she must produce milk to sustain a cslf, meaning more calories and fat. A goat is a much smaller animal and produces milk for a smaller frame animal, less fat and calories. We raised dairy goats for a few years and I made lots of things with goats milk. Its very healthy.
