I take CO Q 10 with all the Bs C and D3 because the meds I'm on use up the CO Q 10 and it needs replaced it is found in every cell in the body as you age and meds you take your body doesn't make enough

CoQ10 is produced by the body, the heart strength is helped with it. Look up ATP and CoQ10 on the WebMD site or just the internet.

I take Ubiquinol which is absorbed by the body quicker. This is recommended for people with acid reflux like myself. Did ask my cardiologist about taking them, he just said anything is worth a try.

I take co enzyme q10 because taking statins depletes this in your body , I asked my dr and she told me to take it, I was aching a lot as well so dr did blood tests and found that I was deficient in vitamin d so now I take vitamin D3 and I don’t ache at all now
