When the weather goes below 30 I do not go outside, it's extremely hard to breath and I get lightheaded, dizzy etc. My winters are long, especially if I can't leave the house. The same goes for the summer, if the temp reaches 80 and up, I am stuck in the house. I feel like a virtual prisoner.

We are all different. Metoprolol saved my life. My symptoms have changed even when I rest. I can't walk up or down the stairs. I am often out of breath. Every time I see my cardiologist my heart behaves I feel like I am not taken seriously. I have other symptoms from nausea to vomiting, never hungry. What should I do? I am also dealing with other comorbidities. Getting older is not for the faint of heart

Metropolol is a nasty drug , tried it twice , almost killed me both times . (only tried it the second time because I thought I might not have given it a chance the first time)

I wear a nose an mouth cover and reduce as much exposed skin as possible. Sultans at a salon really help me.
