Tell me there's no excuse that means sick that I just need to walk I have the flu and strep throat is there any suggestions for exercise I can do right now until I get back on my feet

I feel it's important to rest when your sick and give your body time to heal.
I don't stay in bed if I'm not to sick,I just get up and do what I can and rest when I need to. I think moving is important but we can move indoors as well
And stay safe and warm especially now.

I would say any movement you can do counts. Try and do little movements more often

There are some free exercise videos on the internet you can do. I do the Denise Austin walking videos. She has videos for different levels and they can be fun. Also........you might want to invest in a stationary exercise bike.

laying down on bed do some leg lifts and when sitting up raises arms up and down when standing do some squats if your able bed rest and drink lots for now but they are a few hope you feel better real soon god bless

You need to properly rest to get rid of the flu. Walk around the house. Use your Fitbit to count your steps. That will encourage you until you are ready to start walking outside πŸ€—
