I have angina and was prescribed Ranexa 500 mg twice a day. Pain and fatigue disappeared after taking a week. Hopefully when I go back in Dec I will be cut back to 500 mg once a day.

I am sure it is frustrating to not have an answer, it is scary because you know how you feel. Keep searching I am sure they will figure it out.

Has also taken away the pain and for the most part the fatigue...but my problem is my insurance only covers part and even with a manufacturer coupon it cost me out of pocket $300.00 a month. I don't want to stop taking it cause I know it's working!

You need to have a catherization. I went to a different cardiologist after my original cardiologist told me to stop being paranoid. When I went to the new cardiologist he asked me what my catherization showed. I told him I never had a Cath. He was surprised because I had three positive stress test. So move on and find a different cardiologist. I ended up having to have triple bypass when if they had intervened years before I could of had a couple stents.
