Don't worry too much it create more high blood pressure. Try not worry over it, don't take it every day take it when you feel off. Obsessing over it is stressing. Let go honey and find respite in your mind and heart. Keep a log and share it with your Doctor when you go in and see him, or her.

You should be talking to your Drs. about this. If this is a frequent issue it's not normal. It could be something as easy as adjusting your meds.

If you’re 50 and above, my Dr says 134/80 should be normal but talk to your Doctor if it gets down to 70/42. That’s very low.
