Hi Adnil
Sorry to hear about your chestpains.
Stress and anxiety are the biggest contributors to chestpain, with my experience
For high blood pressure:try celery suggested to me bya pharmasist and it helps.
I realize that we sometimes are worried about the pain we have, but its deeper then that 1. Don't dwell on the pain
2. You must find a way to curb your anxiety and stress that is one of the biggest contributors to heart pain.
That is easy to say but must be dealt with to curb this problem.
I found that meditations help they help to relieve the stress and anxiety.
I am speaking about my own experiences for I also have the same problem.
I find that pills are helpful but if you read the statements that come from the pharmacy about each med, it says(it may help to relive heart disease problems it doesn't say it will relieve.
I find that its body mind and soul you must be connected in all these , to help relieve your stress and help you from day to day.
There is self improvement courses and meditations and info on the internet some are free. At Hay house you can listen to the speakers that are encouraging to you and help reduce the stress and anxiety you are under.
We have to help ourselves as much as possible by hearing, trying, and doing what we can to help ourselves.
I hope this helps you somewhat. I wish you the best. God bless
The cardio specialists say two sprays of nitro, if it doesn't help go to emergency.
