I get flutters & really fast & pounding heart feelings. Was put on a blood thinner a week ago as they saw an AFib. For whatever reason my heart has calmed down. I'm also in the progress of quiting smoking. Have smoked for 40 years & just decided it was time. Very difficult & the cravings our unbearable. But hopefully it will level out my heart problems & improve my breathing. I notice an improvment in my breathing all ready. Stupis smelley habit! Janis
