I don't ever think that time ever arrives you have to keep plugging on and hope that it doesn't my Mother had one and did all she was told and just had the one My DAD had several because he never took the steps suggested I just think it is a personal thing

I agree. You can only do so much, but that is my opinion. I was watching Dr. Oz, not really a fan, but he had the guy this morning talking about his heart attack. He is the start of the "Biggest Loser". Here is a man who was doing everything right and still suffered a major attack. As I was talk by three different cardiologist, 50 percent of people who have heart attacks, their first symptom is death. Also they do not have high cholesterol. Talk to your medical professionals about your risk.

if your changes are positive and diet changes good ones work out like five times a week 30 minutes a day stay positive about life and pray I thin follow the meds right and staying in touch with doctor is good idea stay positive is the best try not to let it take over you mind

Take a walk that feels ok and add one step. Every day In 1997 I weighed 280 pounds
and was 5 foot 3 inches. Today I weigh190 and still 5' 3" and dance 1 time a week. Thank you, Doctor.
