Overview
Mavik is a prescription drug approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to treat hypertension and heart failure. Mavik is also known by its drug name, Trandolapril.

Mavik is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. ACE inhibitors are believed to work by relaxing the blood vessels.
