A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member asked a question 💭

The Best 4K Aquarium - The Colors of the Ocean, The Sound Of Nature
Relaxing music has the power to reduce stress, helping you forget about worries and anxieties. It can also create an ideal environment for focus and meditation. As you sit still and listen to relaxing music, you can feel comfort spreading from head to toe. Combine that with the underwater creatures and you might be snoozing by the end of the video. 😉

🩺Monday's Medical Video 🩺 What Happens To Our Blood Pressure As We Age?
A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member asked a question 💭

Aging, blood pressure. Our Blood pressure changes as we get older. Unfortunately, doctors now care more about following guidelines and less about treating the individual. There is something inherently illogical about treating a 90-year-old with a BP of 150/90 in the same way as a 20-year-old with a BP of 150/90. The benefits are less and the risk of harm is greater. Here Doctor Gupta, of York Cardiology explains how our BP changes as we get older.
