So many of us with heart failure have questions about what to eat, how to prepare food, and especially if we have cultural diet restrictions. I thought this video did a good job of addressing so many of these questions. I hope you enjoy it.

@A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member nothing wrong with that, it just takes time to experiment. We tend to get comfortable in doing things a certain way before we try something we do not know or not comfortable with.

Sorry for the group response but this week has been busy and I am catching up. I am so glad everyone liked this video. I thought the info was good and as Bob said, the gentle reminders never hurt any of us!

Thanks for the info. I enjoyed it. I think I'm on the right track with my eating most of the time. On Saturday, I did attend my 79 year old Uncle's birthday celebration at Eugene's Seafood in Houston, TX. I checked out the menu online before arriving. I had the Bailey's Salmon Salad with unsweetened tea. I did add Splenda to the tea. I bought a dessert home, bread pudding. I plan to taste today. It is still in the fridge. Not sure how sweet it is. Everyone Enjoy your Day!

Hello PeggyCook2,
Following a healthy diet, shows how dedicated you are. There are lots of sacrifice made when eating healthy and exercising. No sugar for 2 years , congratulations. And I love your healthy choices of proteins, turkey, chicken breast and fish, that for sure is a winning combination. Keep up the good work, I am sure your body says thank you. Take care my friend God Bless. 💖🙏🏾
