That's fine, right? Feeling tired since I went to Sams Club and Famous Footwear today. I won't be exercising today. Have a Goodnight!
Thanks Caryn, I previously contacted my Cardiologist about Cardiac Rehab. On this morning, I called his office and the nurse told me they are working on the paperwork now. I'm not sure of what all Cardiac Rehab entails but, I will find out. I also confirmed with my insurance plan, it is covered 100%. I am still learning things. Thank God for this Team of Knowledge/TOK. Have a Wonderful Day Everyone!
Gwen, that is a good reading and nothing to worry about. I am glad you are taking it easy after doing all those chores. All that walking in the store counts as exercise, too! Put your feet up, you deserve it!
That reading of 125/77 with a heart rate of 71 sounds pretty good! A blood pressure below 120/80 mm Hg is considered normal, so 125/77 is just slightly elevated on the top number — but nothing alarming.
Here's a quick breakdown of blood pressure ranges to keep in mind:
- Normal: Below 120/80 mm Hg
- Slightly elevated Show Full Answer
I'm with you babe! I know you can make it!
Gwen 80 is a normal dystolic reading for an adult and your systolic is pretty amazing. Not to worry! Yours are some where about my average and I am 81 years old.
