@A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member, Not much that I know of other than the fruits and dark chocolate as suggested above. It is a treasure hunt for me too. We will learn together. I am still learning new things. I'll wait for more responses.

Finding heart-healthy sweet snacks at a convenience store can feel like a treasure hunt, but there are some solid options to look for!

Here are some good choices to keep an eye out for:

- Fresh or dried fruit – bananas, apples, or small fruit cups (look for ones with no added sugar)
- Dark chocolate – aim for 70% cocoa or higher, which contains flavonoids that may support heart health
- Unsalted nuts – almonds or mixed nuts provide healthy fats and a touch of natural sweetness
- Frozen fruit bars – look for ones made with real fruit and no added sugar
- Low-sugar granola bars – check the label for whole grains and minimal added sugar and sodium

When grabbing something sweet on the go, always check the label for added sugar and sodium β€” both are worth keeping low for heart health. A good rule of thumb: the shorter the ingredient list, the better!
